The property itaelf was worth the stay. $4 coffee plus tax after 7am was extremely disappointing, especially since there was not available in the room. "It was convenient place to stay after the DBacks game in downtown Phoenix and it was close to restaurants and entertainment. Check in and out was easy and then ladies were very nice. Our room and some very noticeable blemishes that made it look run down and if they were addressed it would be a 5 star for condition. Also I think that 43$ a night for valet is a bit much but and the website read $38. Oh well ..overall it was nice"

"This property is really beautiful! Wes checked us in when we arrived and he was so pleasant and helpful - great experience there. The room was clean and the views from almost anywhere on property are gorgeous. So many little spots to just relax and "zen out" if need be. We did a spa day and the spa was nice. The dressing room areas are a little small, but clean so that was most important to us. It was a busy wedding weekend, but seeing how beautiful everything was just made it better. A great property and I would definitely stay again! "
